Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard Shipping: €12.95 via DHL or FedEx

  • Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Available worldwide (excluding Asia and some remote areas)

Free Shipping: Available for orders over €50 via EMS

  • Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Available worldwide (excluding Asia and some remote areas)

International Shipping Notes

Please note:

  • Customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations
  • Delivery estimates don’t include customs clearance time
  • We cannot ship to Asia and certain remote regions

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy Overview

We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • All accessories and manuals must be included
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Sacs de couchage synthĂ©tique (Synthetic sleeping bags) – Once unpacked
  • Matelas gonflables (Inflatable mattresses) – If inflated and used

Return Process

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your return request (use the template below)
  2. Our customer service will send you a Return Authorization with detailed instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories
  4. Ship the package to the address provided in your Return Authorization
  5. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
  6. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about your refund or exchange status

Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB or PayPal)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship the replacement item once we receive and approve your original return
  • If the new item has a different price, we’ll adjust the amount accordingly
  • Shipping costs for the replacement item are the customer’s responsibility unless the exchange is due to our error
